The Codman Repair & Restore Program is designed
to put your damaged instruments back into like-new condition,
ready for use, at less than half the cost of replacement.
It's an economical program designed to extend the life
of otherwise unusable instruments, as well as a way to
provide increased return for those dollars already invested.
It makes sense for you, your O.R. and your budget.
Restore can work for you in two ways: As a form of preventative
maintenance, the program provides a way to service instruments
prior to the need for a more costly repair or replacement.
Restore can also be used to keep critical trays at peak
performance. One hundred to several thousand instruments
can be turned around in a 24- to 48-hour period. This
service is available five days a week, Monday through
Friday. Our repair facility conducts repairs Tuesday through
Saturday. Call 800-343-5969 to get more information.
Repair and Restore products are warranted to be free from
defects in workmanship and material with respect to the
Repair and Restore only, and not with respect to the original
instrument.

Codman's Custom & Specials Department
provides hospitals and surgeons with surgical devices
customized to individual specifications. A drawing and/or
full description is required before a request for a special
item can be considered.
An order or request for a special device will be considered
in accordance with the provisions of the "Custom
Device" Section of the "Medical Device Amendment"
(May 28, 1976) to the "Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act."
"Custom Devices" will be prescription devices
on specific order by a physician. The manufacture of the
device will be governed by the "Custom Device"
Section, as well as by Good Manufacturing Practices.
Products that have been discontinued by Codman
may be available through the Custom & Specials Dept.

used for Capital Equipment such as Bipolar Generators,
Scopes, Air Driver or Perforator drills, and Fiberoptic
Equipment.

loaner equipment. Loaners are only available for equipment
which is in the process of being repaired by the Codman
Repair Dept. Equipment that is available for loan is listed
below (we do not offer loans on general instrumentation).
